1. 20 November 2025

   Updated Local Authority level table with post-audit / post-audit opinion data for an additional 8 authorities, including changes to data for 1 authorities since the previous update. Changes to England-level totals are small.

2. 30 June 2023

   The data has been updated to reflect revisions following audit of accounts from 6 local authorities.

3. 6 February 2020

   Release and tables have been revised to reflect final data submitted by authorities after 20 November 2019.
