Details
The Labour Force Survey (LFS) is the largest regular household survey in Northern Ireland, providing a rich source of information on the labour force using internationally agreed concepts and definitions. It is a quarterly sample survey and is therefore subject to sampling error, which decreases as the sample size increases. The Indicators of Work Quality use the annual dataset which comprises responses from four consecutive quarters of the LFS and thus contains 60% more records than the quarterly databases.
