House price statistics for small areas: year ending Oct to Dec 1995 to year ending Apr to June 2015
House price statistics for a range of geographies in England and Wales, on a quarterly rolling year basis. The smallest areas covered by the statistics are middle layer super output areas, and the statistics are also available for a range of larger geographies. Statistics are reported for different types of house including newbuilds and existing stock, all house types combined, detached, semi-detached, terraced houses and flats/maisonettes.
