This statistical bulletin has been produced by the Department for the Economy (DfE), Northern Ireland (NI) and provides information on the number of NI students enrolled at UK Higher Education Institutions (HEIs) and the number of students enrolled at NI HEIs, in the 2015/16 academic year. The statistics presented in this bulletin cover a range of topics including changes over the last ten years, breakdown of the most recent enrolments, subject of study and where NI students go to study.
