   Added revised versions of release and technical notes.

2. 24 February 2023

   Table 1, Table 2, Table 3a, and the local authority level data has been revised to reflect changes for three local authorities. These changes have also resulted in a very small change to the England totals. These revisions affect the empty homes and taxbase data and are flagged within each table where they apply.
