The purpose of this statistical bulletin is to present final attendance figures for schools for the 2021/22 academic year. It includes information on the rates of absence, type of absence and reason for absence.

The purpose of this statistical bulletin is to present final attendance figures for schools for the 2021/22 academic year. It includes information on the rates of absence, type of absence and reason for absence.

This bulletin was revised on 1 August 2023 to account for very minor changes (less than 0.5 of a percentage point) due to duplicate pupils in 2 post primary schools and 1 primary school. Some figures in all tables are affected (excluding Key Points).
