UK survey of campylobacter contamination in fresh retail chicken: results for August to December 2016

Results from samples taken between August 2016 - December 2016 in a UK-wide survey, using a revised laboratory protocol to estimate the extent of campylobacter contamination in fresh retail chicken. Results will compare major UK retailers and provide a baseline against which to track future change in the level of campylobacter in chicken.
