Details

Poor housing is defined as dwellings which fail the Housing Health and Safety Rating System. The Northern Ireland House Condition Survey 2016 provides the latest update and this report provides additional information on estimates of the costs of repair and energy improvement measures, the cost benefits to the NHS of improving homes and the cost to society of poor housing.
