Consumption per head

Eurostat publish data relating to PPPs twice a year; one in June leading on results of a specific survey (one of the six consumer surveys that we conduct) but also providing GDP and Actual Individual Consumption (AIC) per capita and PLIs and one in December concentrating on annual aggregates of GDP and AIC per capita. For the December release, Eurostat leads on AIC but with information also published relating to GDP and PLIs. The UK, in its own News Release will also lead with AIC per capita. The data published in December are considered near final provisional estimates of GDP per capita for 2016.
