DfI has commissioned questions in the Northern Ireland Continuous Household Survey (CHS) since 2016/17 to ascertain how people plan their journeys to travel on public transport.
The 2019/20 findings are reported in this publication. Statistics are presented on the awareness and usage of journey planning resources and the methods used to plan a journey.
