Near to real-time suspected suicide surveillance for England: data to October 2025
These statistics act as an early warning system for changes in patterns of deaths by suicide to enable intervention. The report will describe monthly suspected suicide rates by age group and sex (up to October 2025), and quarterly proportions by method type (up to quarter 3, 2025). Delayed submissions for months prior to October 2025 will also be included.
