Dementia Assessment and Referral, November 2014
The Dementia Assessment and Referral data collection by NHS England is a monthly collection that reports on the number and proportion of patients aged 75 and over admitted as an emergency for more than 72 hours who have been identified as potentially having dementia, who are appropriately assessed and, where appropriate, referred on to specialist services. Data are provided by NHS acute service providers and are reported at provider level, Foundation Trust level, non-Foundation Trust level and at the national level. http://www.england.nhs.uk/statistics/statistical-work-areas/dementia/
