County Court bulletin July to September 2020
County Courts can deal with a wide range of cases; consumer disputes, personal injury claims, debt, employment and small claims are some of the types of cases heard in the County Courts. This bulletin provides information on throughput at County Courts in Northern Ireland during the period July to September 2020 and commentary on trends observed for this quarter in each year from 2010.
