Community Mental Health Survey 2024: National Qualitative Report (OS)

The Urgent and Emergency Care survey collected information on the experiences of people who received care from urgent and emergency care services. NHS England undertook thematic analysis of the data from this survey, to identify key themes and variations in patient experiences, highlighting good practices, and uncovering areas for improvement.
