Details
State-funded education institutions can use the Workplace Charging Scheme (WCS) to get help towards electric vehicle chargepoint installation.
You, the installer, should complete these forms so you can claim the WCS on behalf of the education institution. The forms should be emailed together to workplacechargingscheme@dvla.gov.uk.
Installer claim form
Enter all the details of your installation on this form. Office for Zero Emissions Vehicles (OZEV) will use it to check that the institution and installation meet the requirements of the WCS.
Your customer will need to complete Section 4 of this form before you return it to us.
You will need to submit one application form for each institution.
Grant claim form
This form covers the costs and amount of grant you are claiming. OZEV will send it to Department for Transport (DfT) finance for you to be paid.
You can send in one summary form with details of multiple installations.
For example, if you complete installations at 4 education institutions, you could complete 4 installer claim forms and 1 grant claim form.
Application form for schools and other state-funded education institutions
If you work for a school or other other state-funded education institution, you can use this application form to apply for the grant.
