Details

The Family Procedure Rules and Practice Directions have been updated to include amendments made to support the single family court, the family justice provisions of the Children and Families Act 2014 and the Marriage (Same Sex Couples) Act 2013.

The update reflects amendments made by:

  • Family Procedure (Amendment No.3) Rules 2013 [SI 2013 No 3204 (L26)]
  • Family Procedure (Amendment) Rules 2014 [SI 2014 No 524 (L5)]
  • Family Procedure (Amendment No.2) Rules 2014 [SI 2014 No 667 (L11)]
  • Family Procedure (Amendment No.3) Rules 2014 [SI 2014 No 843 (L15)]

It also includes amendments to the supplementary Practice Directions.
