Details

The consortium agreements are for use with multi party projects.

The model agreements contain notes, and in many places alternative wording is shown in square brackets. You should choose which of the alternatives best suits your circumstances, if any, and all notes and optional wording should be removed before the agreement is prepared for signature.

It is not possible to have a set of model agreements which captures everyone’s circumstances in every project, but the Lambert Toolkit aims to have model agreements for some of the most commonly encountered circumstances and to illustrate terms which might apply in different scenarios. The model agreements can, and should, be adapted to meet the particular circumstances of the Project.
