This report looks at the feasibility of conducting a beneficiaries survey as part of the evaluation of 2 of the UK Commission for Employment and Skills’ (UKCES) investment programmes - the Employer Investment Fund (EIF) and the Growth and Innovation Fund (GIF).

The report has informed the next steps for assessing the impact of UKCES employer led investments.
