A register of the private interests declared by UK Space Agency board members.

Documents

Details

This register sets out company directorships and other significant interests held by the non‑executive members of the UK Space Agency Board, and any significant interests or remunerated outside employment held by Executive Directors (SCS), during the period when the UK Space Agency operated as an executive agency.

The UK Space Agency merged into the Department for Science, Innovation and Technology (DSIT) on 1 April 2026, and the UK Space Agency executive agency closed on 31 March 2026. This register therefore relates to the UK Space Agency Board that supported the Agency up to that point.

Board members were asked to declare any personal or business interests which might influence, or be perceived to influence, their judgement when performing their duties.
