This conclusion summary outlines the benefits of the concluded deal between the UK and the Republic of Korea, and explains the provisions and chapters in the UK-Republic of Korea Free Trade Agreement (FTA).
The agreement is not yet in force. Both the UK and Republic of Korea are required to complete their respective domestic procedures for the agreement to come into effect. Once ratified by both countries, businesses will be able to trade under its terms.
