1. The UK to share tariff-rate quota (TRQ) usage and TRQ administration information
The UK shared information on domestic legislation used to implement TRQs, administration of inward TRQs and utilisation rates of TRQs.
2. Andean partners to share TRQ usage and TRQ administration information
a. Peru shared information on TRQ legislation and the utilisation rates.
b. Ecuador does not register use of the TRQs with the UK and so has shared information on Ecuador’s TRQ, such as procedure, internal legislation, and administration of tariff quotas, as well as the volumes of tariff quotas available for 2021.
c. Columbia currently does not have statistics on TRQ utilisation with the UK under the FTA since the agreement has not entered into force yet. Columbia did share legislation for implementation of TRQs.
