NPQH was re-designed and re-launched in March 2008 and this evaluation focussed on the model of the programme operating at that time.

Findings from the research have been used by the National College for Teaching and Leadership to inform delivery and policy decisions, including the move to licensed and school-led provisions. Some of the findings may be of use to existing licensees and other organisations looking to offer NPQH and other leadership development programmes.
