Details

The anti-dumping duty on ceramic tableware and kitchenware from China was imposed by the EU on behalf of the UK and the other member states. The Secretary of State for Business and Trade transitioned the anti-dumping duty to continue applying in the UK after the transition period.

A transition review of the anti-dumping duty will be initiated before 16 July 2024.

   New notice added: 'Trade remedies notice 2024/05: New exporter review of anti-dumping duties on ceramic tableware originating in the People’s Republic of China'. The new notice supersedes 'Trade remedies notice 2023/21: suspension of anti-dumping duty on ceramic tableware originating in the People’s Republic of China (new exporter review)'.
