Details

A new Framework Practice Guide has been published, developed collaboratively across the government commercial, other centralised procurement authorities and contracting authorities from local and central government, the NHS and beyond.

The guide sets a single, consistent standard for the whole framework lifecycle, covering why and how frameworks are set up, how buyers should use them, and how both sides should manage them under the Procurement Act 2023.
