This is the first annual report and accounts from the Tenant Services Authority, the new regulator for affordable housing. It was established in December 2008, taking over the regulatory powers of the Housing Corporation.

This paper was laid before Parliament in response to a legislative requirement or as a Return to an Address and was ordered to be printed by the House of Commons.
