Details

This refreshed engagement strategy complements the SSRO’s Corporate Plan 2023 – 2026 and develops our stakeholder engagement to ensure that:

• we meet more stakeholders who are applying our guidance or other regulatory framework tools, to better help and support them through the changes to the regulatory framework; and
• we fully draw on and utilise our stakeholders’ expertise to add to our own awareness and understanding.

The stakeholder engagement strategy:

• illustrates at a high level who our stakeholders are and how we engage with them;
• explains the principles that shape, guide and underpin all our engagement;
• explains our approach to engagement and the different mechanisms we use; and
• details the key priority actions for the SSRO to have purposeful engagement and seek to continually improve engagement with our stakeholders.

The strategy also highlights the 2022 stakeholder survey as a key source of evidence and incorporates some of the survey’s findings.
