Rules for how tribunal cases - such as social security and child support appeals - are handled in the Social Entitlement Chamber.



Includes rules on how to appeal, how any hearing will be conducted, and how the tribunal reaches decisions.

The rules are used in the following tribunal cases:

  • Social Security and Child Support
  • Asylum Support
  • Criminal Injuries Compensation

These rules, in effect from October 2014, include changes made to the original rules since 2008.
