SLC Board members and Executive Directors are required by SLC’s Disclosure of Interests Policy to disclose relevant interests.

Details

A relevant interest is any interest – whether direct or indirect, pecuniary or non-pecuniary – which might influence a Board member or Executive Director’s judgement or which could be perceived by a reasonable member of the public to influence a Board member or Executive Director’s judgement, in the exercise of their duties as a Board member or Executive Director. This includes such interests of close family members and of people living in the same household.
