The intended aim of the SEF is to provide a single forum where all parts of Government can come together, with key stakeholders and delivery bodies, in order to address unemployment in Scotland within the context of economic recovery.

It is our hope that through the SEF we will collectively be able to ensure a partnership approach which reflects our joint responsibility and commitment for improving employability outcomes for the people of Scotland.
