The second report of Sandwell Metropolitan Borough Council’s Commissioners to the Secretary of State, setting out the achievements and improvements seen in the first 9 months of the statutory intervention and detailing the challenging improvement journey ahead.
The addendum was added to factor in the follow-up review from the Chartered Institute of Public Finance and Accountancy (CIPFA), which was finalised after the Commissioners’ second report was submitted.
