Details

If you do not identify an invention, the second invention specified in the search report previously made under Section 17(5) will be searched. The office will send you one copy of any documents cited in the search report or during substantive examination. You may order extra sets of documents by paying an additional fee for each extra set. This fee will not be refunded if no documents are cited

Fee payable forms must be accompanied with a completed fee sheet.

Cost

£100: Request for a further search under section 17(6) or payment for a supplementary search under section 17(8)
