The unofficial consolidated version of the Act incorporates the changes since the Regulatory Reform (Registered Designs) Order 2006 came into force on 1 October 2006.

The Registered Designs Rules

The Designs Registry administers the Act according to detailed Rules, The Registered Designs Rules 2006, which are subject to change from time to time.
