In accordance with sections 3.3 and 3.4 of the Student Loans Company Ltd Framework Document - GOV.UK, Student Loans Company Limited is specifically responsible for undertaking certain delegated statutory functions in relation to student/learner loans and grants as specified by the Responsible Minister and Devolved Ministers and to perform related activities to assist in achieving Departments’ policy objectives from time to time. These functions and activities and the relevant authorities for undertaking them are listed in the Register of Functions.
