Comments must be submitted by Friday 15 May 2026. Any comments submitted after this deadline may not be considered.

In your email include:

  • the school or academy name (and where this is about a trust change, please also state the name of the recipient trust)
  • the local authority area of the school or academy
  • your relationship to the school or academy
  • your comments on the proposal
  • any alternative proposals you may have
  • any other comments on the school or academy’s future

We will not respond to emails. Any representations received by email may be released if a Freedom of Information (FOI) request is received by the Department for Education.

  • A proposal for Wise Academies to sponsor Seascape Primary School URN:133701, County Durham.

Significant changes to an open academy

  • An application for Kingston Park Primary School URN: 143270, Smart Multi Academy Trust, Newcastle, to make the following change: expansion (increasing physical capacity including increasing sixth forms and nurseries).
