This report sets out the PSPRB’s analysis of the evidence and makes recommendations on the pay and allowances for Prisoner Escorting and Court Custody Service grades, support grades, prison officers, governor grades and the Director of Prisons in Northern Ireland from 1 April 2023. The Northern Ireland Justice Minister has formally responded to the report.
