Details

The government remains on track, subject to Parliamentary approval of the necessary secondary legislation, to have put in place the framework for the Green Deal and Energy Company Obligation (ECO) by October 2012.

This document sets out the elements of the framework that are already in place and specifies those that will follow over the coming months.
