The Professional and Business Services (PBS) Jobs Plan sets out how government and industry will work together to address the sector’s workforce and skills needs.

Developed in partnership with the Professional and Business Services Council (PBSC), it sets out targeted actions to strengthen domestic skills pipelines, improve workforce resilience and ensure PBS continues to deliver high-quality jobs and productivity gains across all regions of the UK.

The plan will expand access to apprenticeships, work experience and clear career pathways, helping more young people enter and progress within the sector. It will also support professionals throughout their working lives to develop the skills they need to succeed as technology continues to reshape the workplace.
