Details
The former Secretary of State for Housing, Communities and Local Government announced on 5 March 2018 that there would be an end-to-end review of the planning appeal inquiries process.
The terms of reference provide some detail on the objective of the review, how it will be conducted and when it is expected to report its findings and recommendations to the Secretary of State for Housing.
Bridget Rosewell OBE was announced as the independent Chair of the Review on 22 June 2018.
