In this edition we say a fond farewell to Martin Walkingshaw, who is semi-retiring after many years with the LLW Repository. The site celebrates its 20th consecutive RoSPA Gold Award for safety, and we highlight major progress on STIM and capping works. Infrastructure upgrades, community funding for local projects, and the discovery of a rare wasp on site also feature, along with the launch of wintering bird surveys along the West Cumbria coast.
