Ofcom’s annual report on how we use our technology notice functions under section 128 of the Online Safety Act to remove online terrorism and/or child sexual abuse (CSEA) content.

This report was laid before Parliament and covers the legal framework, work carried out in 2025, and next steps following the consultation that closed in March 2025.
