Details
The eighth Commissioners’ report confirms that Northamptonshire County Council is on schedule in its preparations for the restructure on 1 April 2021. The council will cease to exist on 31 March 2021 and the Commissioners anticipate that their final report, including lessons learnt will follow.
Ministerial response to the Northamptonshire commissioners’ eighth report
The response from the Minister of State for Local Government welcomes the Commissioners’ eighth report and notes the progress that has been made in turning round the council particularly in the context of the restructure scheduled for 1 April 2021.
