This guidance on non-disclosure applications was revised in September 2026.

This guidance has been revised to provide more comprehensive guidance for Parole Board members on non-disclosure matters, including non-disclosure applications and dealing with withheld material. The guidance was also updated to reflect amendments to the Parole Board Rules 2019. This replaces all previous Parole Board guidance on non-disclosure.
