This report provides an overview of the trends and issues identified by NHS foundation trusts in their annual plans.
All NHS foundation trusts are required to submit an annual plan and quarterly or monthly reports. Monitor uses these annual plans to assess risk and to hold NHS foundation trust boards to account.
