Details

Following publication of the response to the Smart Energy Code Stage 3 consultation on 12 June, modifications to the SEC, and some minor corrections and clarifications to the Smart Meter Communication Licences were laid in Parliament on 16 June 2014. Following successful completion of the Parliamentary process, changes to the Smart Energy Code came into effect on 31 July 2014. Changes to the Smart Meter Communication Licences will be published by Ofgem on the electronic public register.
