Details

The purpose of this guidance is to promote good practice and support effective joint working between agencies involved in the transfer and remission processes for prisoners. Whilst the Mental Health Casework Section works collaboratively with multiple agencies on various operational and policy matters we refer primarily to our own guidance above.
