This is a response to an FOI request concerning non-compliance with the National Minimum Wages.

The Low Pay Commission does not hold specific details on companies that have failed to comply with the National Minimum Wage. The only statistical information the Low Pay Commission receives on non-compliance with the National Minimum Wage is from the Government. Please read our attached response for further information.
