Local Electric Vehicle Infrastructure (LEVI) capability: funding amounts

These funding tables show the capability funding allocations to local and combined authorities under the LEVI Fund.

In the 2025 to 2026 period the capability funding was allocated to London partnerships for the first time.

Funding was also provided to 6 new strategic authorities in place of their constituent authorities.  

Allocated funding to Greater Manchester and the West Midlands was provided through their Integrated Settlements for 2025 to 2026.

Additional capability funding

In January 2024 local authorities were invited to apply for a one-off additional LEVI Capability Fund payment to address resourcing gaps and help progress their LEVI projects.
