Employment outcomes, in the state-funded teaching sector, for trainees on different initial teacher training (ITT) routes in England.
This report tracks ITT trainees through their training and into the state-funded workforce.
Trainee records come from the ITT Performance Profiles and their employment records from the School Workforce Census. Outcomes from all ITT routes are reported and discussed. Issues with data quality suggest that apparent differences between routes should not be overstated.
