This document has been published as a temporary measure and will not be updated.

The document only contains FOI requests which have been answered and those which have met the following criteria:

  1. We can demonstrate how decisions have been made within our organisation, eg procedures manual.
  2. There is a substantial public, rather than private, interest.
  3. The disclosure passes the public interest test.
  4. Where we have spend public money or disclosed information around resources.

For personal data reasons, we cannot publish any requests for case specific information regarding patents, trade marks or designs, customer complaints or any other request that may contain personal data.
