An investigation report by the Department for Education on possible financial irregularities at Kings Science Academy.

The language in this report is potentially open to misinterpretation. For clarification, the references in paragraphs 5 and 56 which read: “[redacted] who we understand to have been the Chair between September 2011 and October 2012”, should have said “[redacted] who we had understood to have been the Chair of Governors between September 2011 and October 2012”. This is to clarify that this had been our understanding of who was Chair at that point and not when the report was written.
